Put the URL in between [img] and [/img]. (without underlining img, I had to or it wouldn't show up. :])

I don't use photobucket; therefore, the only solution I can discern is that you ensure your image can be shared. Check your settings on photobucket and see if there isn't a checkbox to make the image viewable by the public.
