This isn't really GM worthy lol.. You can disband the faction yourself.  Kick everyone out then in Archosaur (584, 664) you talk to the guild/faction NPC and s/he has an option to disband completely.

Make a useless account, make a useless character, invite so-called "useless character" to faction. Promote him/her to director, abdicate him/her, leave faction on your real character.
