i open the launcher and update... but ever time i open it si updating the same files :/

You might have to wait, the update took awhile for me.

i used the patcher.exe file to update. Shows there is a new update available and i agree to update but nothing happens just give me the patcher is up to date screen and start, and i still can't connect

Try running twice  EPW/launcher/fixit.bat file while having your client closed...

thats works i used the fixit.bat anda i can connect ... but only appear 2 servers

Try adding elementclient.exe to your antivirus / firewall exception list
