Try to go to the Microsoft webpage and install chinese simplified language pack. Other than that all i can think of is it could be a low memory error. but try those then look thru forums somebody probably has already been answered for your same problem.

u need to create an exception on your antivirus for the whole EpicPW folder. after that verify then reboot ur computer. only then u can start the game.
