Cant in to game

After i write my acc and pass and click on "start" its say to wait 40 second and then its say:unable to connect to server.
Sometime if i try a lot of times its in to characters place but i cant to click "start"
what to do please help.

Restart your router and PC, then start the game from patcher, make sure that it's the latest version and then try to log in.
