Patch 42?

What's patch #42 have in store for us? Was j.w can't wait to see what was implemented. Hopefully my china legend was fixed . I payed a decent amount of Gold for that thing  :-\
Edit: Says 43 now So what was 42, and 43? 0.0 Host changes possibly not within the server?

It was Event Patch only, I forgot about China Legend, but it will be fixed within 2-3 days :)
