Can't see female chars

Hey guys, as the title says, i can't see female characters. I can't see them on creation and in game too. Tried everything i found(taking models.pck file from somewhere else and putting it in, verifying files). Nothing helps me, and it really sux since when i create a female char i can't even log him anyone knows how to fix it?

Try verifying the files before going into game?

Redownload the client, because this error will occur when you use some fail patch for unsuported client, for example PWI_to_EPW patch no longer works, that's why it has been removed.
