QQ what happenss

Can you help me please? I dont know why i cant see my chars...and if i try to do new ones i cant see female chars, what can i do?

maybe you did'nt install directx 9.c ?
its inside of epw folder

Installing Directx 9.0c should fix it.

If that ^ doesnt work, try deleting the contents of Your texture folder and repatching.
