Game Window Wont work.

I have finished the update and everything.. But when i click Start, The game window wont come up.. in short, nothing happens.. I've tried to restart the PC but it didnt work. Need help

create an exception for the EpicPW folder in your antivirus. for this i would suggest reinstalling the game so the antivirus accept the changes.
try running it as Admin, sometimes it helps.
clear the cache, temp files and the dns to make sure nothing is causing it to crash.

im not really sure if it has something to do with the ANti-virus because, no alerts have popped up .. It only did this after the patch. Tried running also as administrator. nothing happened.

if the antivirus is blocking the elementclient.exe no errors will appear, the game wont just start cuz doesnt have permissions to do so. think on it as a green light / red light...no permissions no go lol

but if it doesnt work, try reinstalling the game, might be some corrupted file.
did u manual patch or normally via launcher??

One question. is Win32/OpenCandy one of the game's program? Cause i had a pop up asking if i would allow it..

You could also try manual patching the client if you haven't done so already.

As well as opening the client without the direct launcher

Disable your antivirus and click on patcher, then verify the files. When it ends, check if the game starts. If it does, enable antivirus back.

actually my anti-virus (bitdefender) have already expired before this happened.. so, is re-extracting the only way to make this work?
