Missing PatchDLL.dll

So I'm finally getting back to EPW after a few months. I ran the update/patcher and verified the files, but of course it's never that simple. Long story short I found the problem was a missing PatchDLL.dll file.  Instructions on where to download that specific file and where to extract it to, please? Thank you!~

I suggest you redownloading the client, because it's not like downloading just that dll will fix the problems..

do NOT use Google Chrome. Use some other way to download it.

I redownloaded, re-extracted, and re-ran the client, updating and verifying it several times. I made sure elementclient.exe was in the element folder since my antivirus has been wont to delete it.  However, the same problem is still there. Any ideas? This is impossibly frustrating. >.<

Okay, after game upate to v. 39, I still couldn't go in-game, and this is what occurred upon attempting to do so:

Any ideas?

i think u r missing some framework. try getting it from microsoft.

EDIT:  WOW it still won't work, even after I installed, "repaired" it, and restarted my computer.  Still got this:

Yeah, it won't let me.  Something about an admin password, which is stupid.  I honestly don't understand what would be causing the problem; it's never done this before....

Running in xp?

Go to Your user settings and SET an admin password for Your accound and then use it.
