Game start

I completed the download, verified and patched it, and restarted my computer and I can't get the game started. When I go to the Launcher and I hit the start button, it turns gray and it'll sit there for a couple of seconds and then it just disappears. And when I go to the element fold and click the elementclient, either nothing happens or a quick error message appears then disappears. What do I need to do?

hmmmm ok how about with ur patch number wa is it?

Turn off your antivirus and verify the files again. If it helps, set an exception for EPW directory

my patch number is 38 and my anti virus expired

Ok so now verification completes but when i hit the start button it makes a sound and it wont start

did u use google chrome to download the client ? if u did try with IE, this one have no problems.

do u get any error? if so, post an SS of it please.

even if ur antivirus expired its still running, just doesnt update. so try uninstalling the game, reinstall it BUT before you do any kind of updates create an exception on the antivirus for the whole folder u just created for the game.

make sure you have the last updates for graphics such as graphic card, directX, etc.
