Time frame for events for EU based players

With my flexible work schedule I'm able to be online at all different hours of the day/night so I would like to try and make more events open to the Eu / Over seas player base that we have. Please use this thread for sharing your ideas and letting me know what times would work best. Thanks in advance for everyone's help. Hopefully we can get some nice events out of this.

Maybe a "who wants to be a millionaire" quiz based on Epic PW,
Idea daily event give one duty badge at any elder, to get questioner, if we answer 5 multiple choice questions based on Epic PW correctly in a row within 10 minutes we get 1 EC, while each question should repeat once a month at random order.
we need 5*30=150 questions about PWI in a mounth.
And you can replace question once in 2 months.

This is a very nice idea.. I'm also looking for a Time frame that people play. so I can learn when the Eu based players are online if people can help out with that it would be great.
