Bug? No lochmur on Nightscream

I've been doing lochmur quests (Adventure quest) for fun and I noticed that the one on Nightscream island seems to be missing. Possible bug?

They have been disabled on purpose, but I can add them back.

They? The others were still there.

As for adding them back - your choice. The quest was just something I was doing as a lark, I don't mind not finishing.
