We can mod the rates and add new items.
We will need a way to limit players so they can't make new toons and do these quests etc.
(possibly a lvl req of 146+)

I basically want these new items worth more and more rare.
I don't want to introduce packs into the server so this i see is the best way to do it.
When getting a token for new mount or w/e there would be a new forge added to exchange it which would be placed beside lucid gold/silver
These quests would req the time limit to wait 30mins etc
1 time a day

I am against afk reward quests.. We had one long ago and people abused, they basically were creating lots of alts just to get the reward.. Then I made required level 140+ but still.. ;/
The other thing is that I didn't manage to fix mounts and flights yet
