Are your drivers up to date and do you have Directx9? Also try starting from the launcher app from the launcher folder.

i have DirectX11 and vcredist_x86, what else i should have to can start game safely???

Hmm check on your properties of the main folder itself the size should be just a little above 6 gigs with about 2,700 files.
