Transposition skill for seeker

Is this skill even working? I spent days to get this but when I tried using it, it doesn't switch my place to another player, and I tried it many times not only once. -_-

It works, its a 60% chance or something, I have tested it, it is amusing to be white and switch places with a red, next to guards

I guess i'm just extremely unlucky lol does it work on mobs?
