Wife toon not looking right

Ok so she has Thunder PonyTail on as i have shown but not on my screen yet the mini char screen above shows her the way it should look Plus her gods eye is missing one the toon in the game but not on the char mini screen I will post a back side screenshot as well

go into ur ui settings turn off customization click apply then turn them back on and apply again.
