PK rank, Trophy Mode rank, Quest rank, Boss Kill rank...?
Adding one rank will require others as well.
Or we are going to make some discriminations here?

The idea is great, but the system would be corrupted with cheating and distrust.

Could always make it so that only players 145+ killed count for rank and one person can be killed per hour. (i.e. Bob can kill Tina and get a point but anytime he kills Tina within the next hour, no points will be given). So people can't farm alts as much as they could.

About this one: points can be calculated similar to sports rankings,
including level differences. Some of Chess ranking systems could be
good example too, but how to classify players that solo kill grops?

While I think that idea is great I think there is still too much room for people to abuse the system. I saw it on another PS (one that I will not name because I dont bash) but sins would just stalk in stealth till someone was almost dead then pop kill then stealth again. While I'm aware this happens anyway, it would be more of a reason to do it if its going to get you a kill you might not otherwise gotten.
Though would like to add that the min lvl idea is awesome! Keeps higher lvls from raping the lower lvls just for a few points.
