Google Chrome Problem

So I restarted my laptop and now google chrome is not working. I open the browser it gives me a blank blue page. I try to open a new tab and its the same. I try to goto the settings and it doesn't load just stays blue. Someone know a fix? :x I hate using IE and Firefox.

Chromes been fine for me....try clearing out the browsing data (cookies etc)

chrome://chrome/settings/

if that doesnt fix it, might try an uninstall/reinstall and hopefully that fixes the problem

I would try to clear it but once i try it still stays on that screen and just shows a continuous load. :/ then crashes but doesn't direct me to a crashed page.
