Best place to lvl at 149?

My sin just reached 149 and i want help.   
Where is the best place to lvl?
Frostcovered city, Gv or Phoenix Valley?

Best place is FC (Frostcoverd city)
1 run= 2-10%
Bring training eco will help
i got to 149 to 150 spamming fc *Non stop*

I don't know if it's the best, but before some of last patches it was good:

See if they fixed back the EC dropping mobs around Shrine of Ancestors.
If they are, Sin can kill them fast, so they give XP (and EC) faster than GV.
Go blue named, or some PK-ers will try to vulture on you.

Meanwhile vote and get Super Level Scrolls. LOL

I love FC, and I like to take lower lvl friends there. We kill everything inside:
from 110 to 122 in one run, plus coins for skills, plus I give them all mats.

After some time every place may get boring, so mix and give accent to fun.

FC is best for sin IMO, not only can you get fast XP there but if you sell the mats you can effectively farm out full dragon while you're leveling.
