Cube - Do All Cards

Ive looked everywhere in game for Do All Cards and i cant find them, it would be very nice if these were available somewhere

You can get them in Mystical Messenger room, instead of Mysterious Chips you get do-all cards.

its not really a big deal as the cube can be completed without them but it would be nice if they were in a npc or the cash shop
