Seen people get in there with shadow teleport on sin, there's no way to open it for now, though. It's part of PWI's new updates which we don't have yet.

To answer your question, found this on another forum:
"6th Room: Chamber of Solitude
After the boss in the 5th room, if you have sky lvl 10, the White Emperor Sword will give you a quest. We speculate that it will open up and spawn the boss in the 6th room. Otherwise, that's the end of the run."
And for who is also curious about it, found also a video that has last chamber included (after minute 7:34):

However, this is available on PWI only, not epw.

I remember when I first started doing FSP on the test server with a bunch of friends, we all tried to get into the room because we couldn't find any other way to get into it, and there were no other quests, lol. I'd love to be able to do that room also.

Room #6 is for JFSP, which we don't have yet (next BIG xpac (which is 1.5.2, NOT 1.5.4!)) (not as great rewards, either, as norm. FSP~)
