Considering that Psychic's are already overpowered enough on the game with their SoV and SoS, putting them on other people just makes PvP more unbalanced than it should be, and I believe it should only be kept as a self buff to Psychic's. We already have genies and pots that allow us to survive better in PvP so why should we have it so other people can have Psychic buffs that silence the opponent almost every hit thats dealt?
