Error retriving character information.

I created an  account  yesterday just  prior to  the server  going  down. I can log into it  today  but when I select a character I  receive an error message "Cannot retrieve character information for this account" and  get  disconnected from the server...

As Agatio said, all server info is restored to how it was 10 days ago. So everything that HAPPENED after that (in the last 10 days) doesn't exist anymore...

every new char i make it lv0 and i cant play it, how  does this get fixed? x.x

Wait until agatio fixes the problem it will take around 2-3 weeks for u to be able to play.

I swear to all that is good in this world, the people on this server...

The GMs never said the server is back up and running, so stop assuming it is and then complaining when stuff doesn't work. It's not going to when stuff is still broken.

Simple way?

Than. 10 days rollback on the server deleting all progres on it. Account made on this time server "think' is corupted.

Making a new account does not resolve the issue, the server is up and people whos characters still exist are able to login. So stfu Infinitum, cause my friend logged in.

lol i made a new account and have same problem i have 4 bms on 0 lvl

It was a huge roll back. All characters created, items farmed, stuff done in past 10 days have been gone.
Sadly, we can`t fix it.
