VOTING PROBLEMS

i have been voiting and only recieving some of the silver sometimes. seems it registers i vote but doesnt give the rewards

reward is 40silver, and its available each 6hours.
if u try with diferent accounts it wont work since its IP voting.

 i vote 1 time 1 account every 6 hours. sometimes it says try connecting to the internet where the capcha is supposed to be. so i lose out on the silver and vote for 6 extra hours. talked to a GM about it once they said it happened to thier account before. so no i dont abuse the voting nore will i ever try to cheat on this game 0_o

when that happens is due to extremetop100 website beeing down.
theres not much we can do
we know that sometimes u may get the silver :/ but its veru uncertain when or how.
