Are there any Perfect * Tokens of Luck? I want to get some so I can create Oracles but I can't find any!!

If I`m right, those oracles used to get quests and receive exp. Server rates is very high, don`t need to do quests.

No thank you. I'd rather not see people reach level 150 on their first day and still be running around in 110 gear.

I agree with Chum. Hyper xp and power levelling is what destroyed pwi. If hyper exp's are introduced then you'll have lvl 150's running around not knowing how to play their char. That would be disastrous.

Power Leveling is NOT what destroyed PWI.
PWI has been destroyed by owner's greed, too high prices in Boutique, selling packs that don't give you what you pay for ("... a CHANCE to get this-n-that...), need to be lvl 100 to farm pages for lvl 79 skill books, shamelessly low drop rates of manufacturing mats and other stuff, and many other things, but not the ones you say.

The worst is too obvious intention to unnecessary waste player's time, which power leveling is not.
If you need at least 8-10 months to properly level up just a single toon OR thousands of dollars in "free to play" game to do it in 2-3 months, it looks like blatant extortion. People get offended.

Well, i understand about the tokens of best luck, but imo, i think that at least you guys could sell the token of best luck in boutique, even if it's price be elevated. also, it would be nice too to have the lunar glade insígnea -  weapon in boutique.=)
