Can't update patch

I don't know why, i can't update the patch.

At first, i thought it was because I didn't update the PWI patch. but even after I updated PWI, i still get a pop up on EPW. Dunno what to do, please help. x.x

Restarting your computer normally fixes that.

Updating PWI doesn't work anymore :/ game may crash after logging in =( so you should download the full client I think
but in case of this error, PC reboot should help
