R9 isn't important in this server as everyone tends to go for the customized armour at lv 120,130,140 and lastly 150.

Rank9 here its pretty much useless.
We have custom made gears and Weapons
It does exist but doesnt worth the time spent to make it, cuz the addons and stats are bad
