Falbala/Porcelain hair?

Not quite certain if this is the right forum for it. (Do pardon me if it's not..)

I know that some of the fashion sets on ecatomb are unavailable on epic. However, both the Falbala and the Porcelain sets are available on the server, yet their hairdresses are not. Will they, at some point, be available?
