Newly downloaded client seems to be on v61

I just downloaded Epic PW on mediafire but it seems to be on v61 . I am not able to patch through manual or auto patcher . Please help me . I want to play .

Turn off parental control.

try rebooting your computer
then open the Launcher

My client used to do that, i had to put it into compatibility mode.

Properties > tick Compatibility mode > windows 32 i think. I'd check but can't get on my computer atm.

Still doesn't seem to work . Restarted PC , Checked parental control (which is off) and went to compatibility and ticked compatibility mode for window xp service pack 3 . Omg why am i having this problem ?

That was the one.
If it hasn't automatically, set it for the launcher and client then try it.
