He doesn't know how to put up a picture in his signature.
If that's the case @hawkmanwar:
1)
http://epicpw.com/profile/?area=forumprofile2) Scroll down to the signature box (since you have names in your sig, then you prolly know how to get to it)
3) Within this bar, type
4) Find the picture you want, then right click it and select Copy Image URL. If the image is on your computer, you will need to upload it to an img site like TinyPic or Imgur or Photobucket
5) Paste the link between the brackets of what that you typed, so it looks like [ img]insert url here[/img]
6) To centre it, type [ center][ img]insert pic link here[/img][/center]
