Yes, non donators can definitely kill donators - Agatio, the administrator and owner of the server, is constantly working behind the scenes to improve the server.  This server is the most balanced private server out there and the absolute best!
I am not 100% sure, but I do think we have indonesian players
And about the race, not heard of it

1 . yes as explained above
2.  i think it's balanced enough(flat out balanced is impossible with so many races).
3. i've seen some indonesian players.

Do you mean its downloading too slowly for you? :/
I heard seeding/torrenting/that stuff might be faster, but not sure since I'm not good at that stuff.
And I don't think theres a way to download in parts.

Welcome. The server is pretty well balanced, yes. I think there are some Indonesian players here, yes. There's no way to download it in parts. However, you can download the torrent. It should be a bit faster for you.

And no I don't think there is a option to download the client in parts, If doing the Mirrors is slow for you I suggest using the torrent. Took hours off my downloads doing it on torrent.

As many have said before, everything is really balanced. Some classes have skills that can't be lvl 11 for balance purposes.
Non-donators can definitely kill donators if they have the skill. This server is not a pay to win server. All end game gears can be farmed within a month if you play for a few hours everyday with almost none of your game tie being wasted on mucking around
