Did you check the ingame boutique window on the bottom left? I made the mistake of thinking it appears on the site. If after around 20-60 mintues and you still haven't received your gold, make a thread here:http://epicpw.com/helpdesk/ and the mod's can help you out.
Don't forget to leave your ingame username in the thread and press notify to know when they reply
