Is it possible to for the GMs to make a custom meme smiley like troll face, yao ming face, foreveralone,ragecomic  etc. Just asking if possible, would be cool to troll some one and use troll face on chat XD.

If I recall there can only be 10 smiley sets in the game at once. I've seen custom sets done before on different servers. Imo its not the best, and it makes the chat kind of buggy

That's correct, the game only allows for 10 at a time. Also, no for the custom smileys. The time and effort could be focused on bigger and better things

Unfortunately, as people have said, the game only allows 10 active smiley sets at a time, so we are already without some PW smiley sets. While it might be nice to have a custom set, as mentioned, it would take time and effort that could be better spent elsewhere.
Maybe in the distant future, but I don't think we will see it any time soon.
Was a nice idea though.
