Lol, I actually did something similar with my veno.  Couldn't make a decision, so I flipped a coin.

Go demon. Demon psy is beast, insane crit rate and good damage, even though holy is tankier; but as a psy, you'll die anyways, doesn't matter how tanky you are and how many def levels you have, your physical def will always be a problem in mass PK. So you should try and deal the most damage possible before you die and get the dick.

 Hence why demon is better.

I have a wiz, I believe she's already on 110+, however gears and all, hers are still low. So yeah, if I get the impulse of continuing my Wiz, I'll make her a Demon. But with my Cleric, will surely turn her to Demon xD

Demon if you want to be a better DD than Sage.
Sage if you want to be a better tank than Demon.
Both are great for psy in my opinion, just depends what you prefer to do.
