It's a private server for a reason, the fun is farming your gear.

I have spend less time farming my r8 gear than leveling.

It's a high rate server though. The xp is exponentially higher than PWI as it is. Hypers would only encourage players to have dozens of alts that they are insanely mediocre at.

I only get a few hours a day, 3-4 days a week to play. It usually 2 weeks of play (on my gaming schedule) to go from 1-150.
