I need some help pretty plz.. I went to log into my game and my patcher won't work.. it says its unable to proceed to update..  i'm heartbroken... how do i fix this? I tried to force it to update and did everything I could think of..even checked for patches and nothin... can someone please tell me how to make it go...plllleeeaaassseee... i miss my game.. thx in advance..

Did you verify?  If so, what patch number are you on? If you recently redownloaded, there are so manual patches you need to do, unless you've already done so.

I'm really just reaching for straws, as I'm unsure of what you've done so far.

I tried to verify.. clicked n clicked n clicked n got bupkiss :sad: it like literally just wont do a dang thing for me..

What is your current client version? (top right corner of the patcher window or EPWfolder>config>element>version(open in notepad, number listed there is the version number). Should be version 69.

1) Run fixit.bat in the launcher folder
2) Verify on your patcher
3) Make sure you have an exception on your antivirus for the game and patcher
4) Might need to reinstall

What anti-virus are you using? Add elementclient, patcher and launcher to your anti-virus exception list. Then run the fixit.bat file in EPW /launcher, it will open your patcher. Then click Verify button and the game should update.

I got something familiar what i did is turn down my antivirus, because that's a common problem, try that and then do what Azryn said, hope this helps!
