3th sage fairy

Today one my guildy complained, that he can`t finish his 3th cultivation(sage), cause he need to kil boss in mist city and as you all know fb109 are closed.
Is this same kind of glitch? Cause I`m sage to and haven`t got any quests in mist city.

and I hope, well he hopes, he won`t need to do his 3th culti from the start.

Agatio i spawned the boss outside of Warsong since it doesnt exist on that new culti
