Bring Back Psychics lvl 11 SOS, SOV and other nerfed skills.

K Agatio take a look, why nerf psychics SOS, SOV, SOStuning and Retalation lvl 11 skills and no nerf lvl 11 sins Tidal protection, thats no fair to ther class, sin sage tidal have 66% status evasion on a 5,0 sage sin in too op. So take a look at this, people are saying nerf sins nerf sins and u just nerfed psychics, i think to "balance" the server as u said u doing u should take a best look into that.

This. I'm a decent psy, keep bloodred easier than any of my other toons, they dont need to be lvl 11. Lvl 11 Tidal isnt that bad. my SoStunning procs through it 3 or 4-10 times, which isnt bad, when that doesnt proc, silence usually does.

First of all Tidal last for 1min while the psy buffs last for 10mins  and an decent psy could easily kill almost any class, the point of the sin's tidal was to be there a class than can kill a psy trough his buffs. -.-
