Okay a voted 2am here (+8 GMT) and slept afterwards. I woke up 8am to vote again but the time didn't reset. It's stuck at 5hrs 55mins.

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies and try to vote again.

Is there someone else in your household that plays? Because voting is logged by your IP. So if someone else is voting on your IP, you may only have 1 of you do it every 6hrs.
If there isn't, try voting from a smart phone.
There may just be a mix up with your IP. Else try refreshing and restarting your browser and doing this .
