I roll my mouse over it like, 20 times.  When I sell/buy stuff.
I confirm the fact that I've put in the right amount of ec or whatever, the right items, the fact that the other player is giving the right amount, if it's gold->ec I use the calculator and calculate it like 4 times to make sure, and stuff.
