Add a Banker in Netherspring camp.

Hey GM, next update, can u please add a banker in netherspring camp??? Idk if thats right, or if u can, but this afk place is nice, and just miss a banker. I would be happy if u do this.

How can adding a banker in a place with no banking NPC make them OP/nerf a class more? 
I agree with adding an NPC here, I used to AFK at Netherspring on offical, aswell as farming the mats there ^^
