The reason why you want to change your name. 

I doubt that they let me change if i say "Hi, change my name in game, because i choosed accidentally that name" or "I'm bored of that name, change it".

That's name owner fault then.
Just if "Name change" donation not avaible, then it should be for everyone.

Name changes were only available if your name break Rule 3

3. No names to be found overly offensive. (Example: racial slurs or obscenities)
     Breaking this rule will result in the following:

1st. Character will be asked to trade all items to his alt character and then perma banned.
2nd. If the same person continues to make offensive names, their main account will be banned and the 'offensive' characters will be deleted.

We sometiems gave the chance to players to change name if they WANTED.
We used to give some kind of 2nd chance for those players but now, there are too amny names breaking this rule so we are simply banning them.
Now we do not do this anymore cuz some problems were found.

The item to rename the name was sent to wrong person by mistake and he will change it back. Was supposed to be send to person who's name was inappropriate
