Patch 14? Is server on?

is it patch 14 update? cos Admin Agatio post was patch 13.
and btw is it on now?
cos at site server status is on but when i log, unable to connect to server >.>

u sure its still patch 13? cos in my client its patch 14 >.<, from patch 12, when it update turned patch 14 lol

My client keeps having an error when it tries to update. It just tells me there was an error with the download and keeps trying to update the elementclient.exe over and over again with no progress.
