[SOLVED] Northern Sky Waltz/Staggering Strike effect not triggering

Northern Sky Waltz: Normal level 10
Staggering Strike: Demon level 11

When attacking, the "Eye of the Northern Sky" debuff will be applied to the mob. However, using Staggering Strike while the debuff exists does not apply the effect. It worked previously, and I'm not sure when it stopped working, so I'm wondering if the demon version of SS is bugged.

That is exactly why.

You will need to get demon Northern Sky Waltz.  Which is usually bundled with demon Staggering Strike.
