Installs on Windows 11 but will not Launch

I have tried downloading for windows 11 and it installs just fine, but when I go to launch it, I get errors says certain files are missing, yet they are there. Even tried to reinstall, yet the same thing happens and I have every requirement needed. Any suggestions?
