Character List Retrieval Problems

I log onto the game and it doesn't show any of my chars and after about a minute or so a pop up comes up saying "could not retrieve character list" If you could fix this it would be much appreciated.

I too just tried to log on and have this same problem

Yeah i tried another acc and its doing the same thing.

I could sign in just fine when the server came back up, but then I signed off and can't get back on due to the same issue.

Not quite sure what it is.
