How to get ST and PE easily?

What are the best methods to get ST or PE or anything else we need nowadays? Are there good ways to exchange other items to these? What's the most effective grinding method (if possible no PvP)? Let's brainstorm a little to save alot of time!

The best ways to farm Perfect Elements are: Uncharted Paradise and Homestead. Both of these are PvE

Uncharted Paradise (10 members) better join on world chat, you must learn some things so don't skip the videoguide. I see people do it daily on world chat if I am not mistaken reward was increased to 60 Perfect Elements, this is fast like 6 bosses and done

Homestead (Solo questing) This is very very easy and most people don't get how it works. At first you get only 6 Perfect Elements, but the more you level up your Homestead (Level and Prosperity) you get more and more rewards for completing the 3 daily quests, up to 60 Perfect Elements every day

Other places that you can use for farming are: JFSP, Bounty Hunter and Forest Ruins. These are not so great for Perfect Elements but good for other items.

JFSP (10 members) join or make a squad in world chat. Make sure to bring a venomancer to purge all bosses. The only thing you need to do is take Judgement Mode quest at the start and count 321 and kill every boss FAST with your squad. Remember to take BH1 quest for more rewards.

JFSP VideoGuide

Bounty Hunter (2-6-10 members) this is easy and you get 5 Perfect Elements and 30 supply tokens after completing BH2 with Active Points. This guide is a little old but you get the idea. New Bounty Hunter quests are: JFSP, Twilight Temple 1-3 (Osiris), Advanced Endless Universe (2 can do it), Hidden Dragon's Den (6 people at least, one for every chain)

Forest Ruins (6 members) this place is VERY hard, you get 15 Perfect Elements and Fragments of Dexterity/Vitality/Magic/Strength

Slay the escaped demons (10 members) Now if you don't mind being in PvP mode outside of safe zone, you can take a daily quest from God's Giving ('Slay the escaped demons') to kill one of the bosses: Demonic Dialectic: 576,114 (Main Map- Shadowtide Camp- preview) or Mistwalker Magina: 346, 261 (Main Map- -preview)

Reward for completing this quest: 15 Perfect Elements, 200 Epic Coins, 10 Radiant Crystals, 100 Fortune Particles.
PK happens sometimes (not always)
You can take this quest with only 5 characters every day.
The boss that needs to be killed is randomly decided by the quest and is not the same for all players.
The bosses respawn every hour at :15 (Mistwalker Magina) or :45 (Demonic Dialectic)
You will not be able to attack the bosses if you are not in PvP mode.
The bosses hit hard, do not try to solo them. A squad of 10 players is recommended.
