When I log on, the game force closes on me before my characters show up for selection. I'm up to date on everything and have verified the files several time. It does this on both of my accounts. Does this require a reinstall? I already restarted my laptop a few times and that didn't help. Not sure what else to do, but I wanted to see if I could get some possible answers before I try reinstalling the game.
