Re-downloading

So I have both EPW and PWI on my laptop.  And EPW isn't working so I wanna uninstall and re-install/redownload etc.  I've already downloaded the patches, but IDK why I can't update it.  Any help?  If not, how can I uninstall EPW?  Cuz when I tried it kept saying Uninstall PWI and then it said requires administrator authority (I'm already on Administrator account) or something like that.  And I can't remove it so yeah any help?

if you just redownload the client we have on the Download page, all u need to do is extract it and then open the Launcher.exe and on in there click on the Verify button.
it will update to v65 and u r good to go
dont forget to add exceptions if u need, on your antivirus.
